  Chances are Natalie Grande didn't win any Halloween costume contest with this scarecrow get-up.

(At least we think she's a scarecrow.) 

  But to make matters worse, after getting busted by Fort Worth police on suspicion of public intoxication early Nov. 1, no one even had the courtesy to hand Grande a wet wipe before snapping her mugshot.

  Uncool.
